Having joined Wilkes in 2019 from Coley & Tilley, Grahame is a Consultant Solicitor in our Real Estate team and is based in our Birmingham Office.

Grahame specialises in Commercial Property and Commercial Law and has been qualified for over 34 years.  After studying Law at Birmingham University.

Having joined the firm in 2019 from Coley & Tilley, Andrew is a Solicitor within our Commercial Dispute Resolution Team.

Andrew has experience of debt recovery, small claims and fast track litigation for both private individuals, businesses and charities.

He also works alongside our employment team on contentious litigation matters such as unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal, discrimination, advising both the employer and employee.

In addition, he has worked alongside senior solicitors on complex multi-track matters and appeals.

Aimée joined Wilkes in 2018 as a newly qualified solicitor and sits within our commercial dispute resolution team in Birmingham.

She deals with both Claimant and Defendant work assisting clients on both sides of disputes.

Aimée works with clients to find the best route forward to recover debts, these can include a wide range of options such as instructing High Court Enforcement Officers, applying for Charging Orders and issuing Statutory Demands.

She regularly advises clients on contractual disputes, enforcement of judgments against debtors and court proceedings.

Having joined Wilkes in 2019 from Coley & Tilley, Neil is an Associate in our Real Estate team based in Birmingham.

Neil has in excess of 25 years as a qualified solicitor and extensive knowledge of the regional commercial property market.

Katie qualified in 2014 having undertaken her training on Harley Street in London having worked in litigation since 2009 prior to that.

Focusing on all Property Litigation matters. This includes Landlord and tenant issues both commercial and residential, boundary disputes and adverse possession.

Having obtaining her Law degree at the University of Chester, Reanne completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Birmingham before going on to complete her Training Contract at a small niche practice local to the Black Country specialising in Commercial Litigation and Commercial Property.

Reanne has been with The Wilkes Partnership since 2017 when she joined our Property Litigation department as a newly qualified solicitor.

Reanne has experience in representing and advising both landlords and tenants in a wide range of property disputes relating to both commercial and residential properties.  These includes dilapidations, possessions, service charges, arrears, ownership, breach of covenant, 1954 Act lease renewals (both contested and uncontested) and lease extensions.

Lucy is a solicitor in the Wilkes corporate team and advises on a wide range of corporate transactions including acquisitions, disposals, management buyouts, share buy-backs, fundraisings, corporate re-organisations and joint ventures.

She also advises on day to day corporate governance, corporate housekeeping, shareholder agreements and constitutional documentation.

Lucy often works with directors, shareholders, entrepreneurs, owner managed businesses and a variety of investors and funders.

Helen trained at Wilkes and qualified into the Corporate team in 2015.

She specialises in advising owner managed businesses and larger clients on both corporate transactions and commercial matters.

Having joined Wilkes in 2019 from Coley & Tilley, Alpesh is a Senior Associate in our Property Litigation Team based at our Birmingham office.

Alpesh has a wide range of experience across various litgation disciplines including Landlord & Tenant disputes, Possession Proceedings (Section 21 & Section 8), Dilapidations Claims, Forfeiture, Injuctions, Boundary Disputes, Commercial & Residential matters as well as Party Wall claims.

Alongside his experience across Property Litigation matters Alpesh also has extensive experience advising clients on Commercial Disputes, Contract Claims and Employment Litigation.

Alpesh is also a longstanding member of Pyramus & Thisbe Club, which is an association of professional property experts who meet regularly to discuss upcoming legislation and keep up to date with emerging case law.
