Harriet Critchley is a Senior Associate Solicitor specialising in Property Litigation. Her career began at a national law firm in Bristol in 2008, before returning to the West Midlands, where she has worked for national and regional firms specialising in property litigation. Harriet’s recent work includes acting for landlords in high-value dilapidation claims and contested lease renewal cases, such as a significant case in Digbeth, tied to the area’s redevelopment plans.
