Harriet Critchley joined Wilkes in October 2022 and is a Senior Associate in our Property Litigation team.
Harriet trained and qualified in 2008 at a national law firm based in Bristol where she continued to work until she moved back to the West Midlands. She then continued to work in national and regional firms, all the while specialising in property litigation.
Harriet has broad experience covering the full range of property-related matters, including security of tenure advice, advising on and serving break notices, dilapidations disputes, contentious and non-contentious business lease renewals, easements, enforceability of covenants and possession actions. She also has considerable experience in dispute resolution, representing clients at mediation and settlement meetings.
She is a Fellow of the Agricultural Law Association and member of the Property Litigation Association.
