The Wilkes Partnership provides legal advice for Johnsons Cars on recent acquisition

The Wilkes Partnership recently assisted Johnsons Cars Limited with their acquisition of TrustFord Tamworth, further increasing their growing portfolio.

Johnsons Cars are already well-established in the Tamworth area, having operated through their Volkswagen franchise and Hyundai and Mazda for many years. The acquisition represents the second Ford franchise for the group.

The purchase was led by Gareth O’Hara, Senior Partner who was assisted by Matt Hartas, Solicitor in the Corporate Team, Mark Hodgson, Partner in the Real Estate Team and Lisa Moore, Associate Solicitor in the Employment Team.
