Mark is a Partner in the firms Real Estate team and has in excess of 30 years’ experience operating in the commercial property market across the Midlands and the Black Country.
Throughout his career Mark has built up extensive experience in all aspects of property related work, advising clients on a variety of sales and acquisitions, property management and investment related transactions. Mark also works closely with the Corporate Team providing support in commercial acquisitions, sales and mergers.
Mark has advised a wide range of businesses and clients operating across numerous sectors and has a reputation for giving his clients strong, pragmatic and commercial advice. He has significant expertise in the leisure, retail and banking sectors and also regularly advises clients operating within the motor trade.
Alongside his work as a property lawyer Mark is passionate about nurturing the next generation of lawyers and has taken a leading role in the design and provision of the firm’s Junior Training Programme.
