Wilkes Plays Key Role in Facilitating Sale of UK’s largest integrated corrugated packaging group, The Weedon Group
Wilkes, an award-winning law firm, is pleased to announce its pivotal role in facilitating the acquisition of long-standing client, The Weedon Group by Zeus, a family owned, global packaging group. The Weedon Group is one of the UK’s largest independent integrated corrugated manufacturers, with revenues exceeding £30 million annually and a workforce of over 250 employees across two locations in Manchester and Staffordshire.
Wilkes played a crucial role in ensuring the smooth transition of ownership, providing expert legal counsel and guidance to the Sellers throughout the sale process.
