Wilkes assists in the sale of Halo Dental Laboratory Limited

The Wilkes Partnership recently advised on the sale of Halo Dental Laboratory Limited (‘Halo’) to ALS Dental. The sale was led by Partner, Kate Hackett and assisted by Charlotte Lines, Solicitor and Para Vegad, Trainee Solicitor in the Corporate team and Mark Hodgson, Partner in the Real Estate team who advised the company’s two shareholders, Clive Smith and Lee Gripton, on the sale of their shares.

 

Based in Birmingham, Halo is a dental laboratory that specialises in high-quality aesthetic restorations such as implants and bonded restorations. The sale has been made to ALS Dental, the UK’s leading dental manufacturing group, and will continue to trade as Halo under the new ownership.

Clive and Lee will continue as Directors of Halo.
