The Wilkes Partnership welcomes four new trainees to the firm

On the 1st of September, The Wilkes Partnership, a Midlands-based law firm, welcomed four new trainee solicitors to their team. Every year, the firm undertakes a recruitment process to attract top legal talent, aiming to inspire both professional and personal development. The trainee program is specifically designed to encourage and promote this growth, benefitting not only the new trainees but also the firm’s clients.

The new trainees Emma Richardson, Ellie Chapman, Olivia Meek and Ryan Gardner will begin their two-year training contracts with their first seats being in Insolvency, Property Litigation and Private Client respectively.

Eleanor Holland, Managing Partner comments:

“It brings us great joy to extend a warm welcome to our newly arrived trainee solicitors at The Wilkes Partnership. Our firm is committed to the recruitment and mentorship of talented young professionals as they embark on their careers in law.

Year after year, we actively seek out individuals who possess essential qualities such as determination, ambition, and a strong client-centric focus. This commitment not only paves the way for the long-term growth of our trainees but also delivers added value to our clients. We take great pride in our trainee programme, our trainees themselves, and the remarkable individuals who ultimately become part of our team as newly qualified solicitors.”
