The Corporate team at The Wilkes Partnership Solicitors, led by Corporate Partner Jeremy Parkin, has advised experienced franchise operator Andy Thompson on the acquisition of The Wheel Specialist in Nottingham.

The Wheel Specialist repair and refurbish alloy wheels for trade and consumer customers, encouraging its franchisees to invest in state of the art equipment to deliver high-quality results.

Mr Thompson already owns the Manchester franchise of the business and took the opportunity to expand his portfolio when the existing franchisee in Nottingham retired.

Mr Thompson also acts as Technical Director for the national business.
