Kiran started her career as a newly qualified solicitor at an international firm and then worked at a national law firm before joining The Wilkes Partnership.

Kiran advises on a wide range of corporate transactions including, mergers and acquisitions, company restructures, share buybacks, joint ventures, company reorganisations, demergers and management buy outs. She also advises on corporate governance matters such as shareholders’ agreements and articles of association.

Kiran has experience working with many businesses within the UK and is involved in multiple cross-border transactions.

She is an International Committee Member for the Birmingham Law Society.

In her spare time, Kiran enjoys reading, travelling and dining out.
