Applications are now open for Wilkes LLP’s training contracts commencing in 2025

The Wilkes Partnership, which has been ranked in the Legal 500, has opened applications for its 2025 intake of trainee solicitors.

The Wilkes Partnership is a leading mid-sized regional law firm operating from the Midlands, offering a wide range of specialist expertise aimed at businesses, individuals, financiers and charities.

The firm is recognised for providing a high-quality training experience in Birmingham and Solihull. Trainees are given the opportunity to work in a wide range of practice areas that are not always offered by other firms. Trainee solicitors are provided with hands-on experience whilst being mentored and supported, giving trainees the guidance they need and every opportunity to grow. The firm aims to retain as many trainees as possible upon qualification and at the moment our retention rate is 100%.

The culture of the firm is friendly and inclusive and employees benefit from a good work-life balance. The firm has an active social and CSR committee and trainees are encouraged to join.

Kate Hackett, Training Principal, comments: “The Wilkes Partnership are delighted to announce that applications for our 2025 training contracts have now opened. The firm is excited to find our next group of talented and ambitious trainees who we hope will become the next generation of lawyers and partners.”
