Staff from The Wilkes Partnership’s offices have completed a walking challenge in support of Alzheimer’s Research UK.
In a bid to raise awareness for the charity and to raise funds, a team from the firm’s Birmingham city centre office were pitted against a group of colleagues from the Solihull office as they undertook the walk last Friday. The teams certainly reached their step target for the day as they raced to beat the other team to each other’s office.

Alzheimer’s Research UK is the firm’s chosen charity for the year with this event forming part of its supporting activities. The ‘walk-off’ challenge was part of the charity’s ‘Swimming Down Dementia’ challenge for September during which people were invited to swim or walk in order to fund life-changing dementia research.
