At Wilkes, giving back to our community isn’t just something we talk about – it’s something we genuinely care about. Last week, a group of our colleagues came together to support a cause that’s close to many of our hearts: Birmingham Hospice.
Birmingham Hospice provides compassionate end-of-life care for people living with life-limiting illnesses. They’re there for families during incredibly tough times – offering not just expert care, but kindness, comfort, and support when it’s needed most. Their work makes such a meaningful difference to so many in our local area.
Wanting to do our bit, a brilliant team of volunteers from across the firm spent the morning collating 500 information packs for the hospice. These packs will go directly to patients and their families, helping guide them through a time that can feel overwhelming. It’s a small gesture, but one that we hope will make a big impact.
