Wilkes assists Johnsons Cars Limited on purchase of Trust Group UK
Led by Gareth O’Hara, Senior Partner, The Wilkes Partnership’s collaborative approach to client service has led to deliver a successful purchase for long-standing client, Johnsons Cars Limited. Assisted by Matt Hartas, Solicitor in the Corporate Team, Mark Hodgson, Partner in the Real Estate Team and Lisa Moore, Associate Solicitor in the Employment Team, dealt with corporate, commercial property and employment law to get the purchase of Trust Group UK over the line.
The acquisition that came into effect from 1st March 2022, increases Johnsons Cars successful dealership group.
The deal saw an additional six dealerships with ŠKODA and Volkswagen in Redditch, Stourbridge and Wolverhampton joining Johnsons Cars. In addition, three Trade Part Specialists in Birmingham, Coventry and Wolverhampton have been added to the group’s portfolio, a first for Johnsons Cars.
