Senior Family Solicitor

We are actively seeking a Senior Family Solicitor to join our Family team, led by Aaron Keene, at our Birmingham City office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to take on a leadership role and help drive the department forward.

In this role, you’ll manage a caseload of complex private family law matters, including high-net-worth financial settlements, and provide strategic guidance to clients. We’re seeking someone with management experience, who also has their own following and is eager to contribute to the department’s growth and continued development.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years PQE with strong experience in private family law and financial matters.
  • Proven business development skills and an established client following.
  • Experience in a management or supervisory role, with the ability to lead and support the team.
  • Excellent communication and client care skills.
  • A strategic mindset to drive the Family Law department forward.
  • A collaborative approach, working effectively within a team while also taking initiative.
  • Excellent IT Skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle a varied caseload efficiently.
