Record year for Wilkes Deal Team

2015 has been a record year for the Deals Team at The Wilkes Partnership.

The Team has completed over 50 significant transactions including a £m (confidential) secondary buyout of the Engineering Technology Group (backed by Santander), the BGF Investments in PPS Equipment Holdings and APSU, the management buyout of Lee Longland and a host of other transactions.  In addition, the Team have advised on a number of sizeable reorganisations including the multimillion pound demerger of Benx Limited.
