As a result of the ever growing corporate profile of Wilkes we are delighted to announce the arrival of Lucy Freeman.

Lucy joins us from Squire Patton Boggs where she spent over two years in their corporate team. Her experience includes advising on a range of corporate transactions including acquisitions, disposals, management buyouts, corporate reorganisations and joint ventures. She also advises on day to day corporate governance and corporate housekeeping. Lucy has also spent time on secondment to Squire Patton Boggs’ Paris office and is a French speaker.
