Having completed his training contract with Wilkes Tim joined the firm as a solicitor in our Private Client team in September 2019.
Tim assists with all areas of Private Client law including Wills, Probate and Estate administration , Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters. Tim is also building his expertise in the field of Trusts, trust administration and inheritance tax planning.
Tim is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) which is regarded as the industry gold standard for leading private client lawyers.
