Suzanna is a Senior Associate in the Corporate – Commercial department at Wilkes. She specialises in commercial law, intellectual property, and competition law, with a particular focus on advising German companies setting up operations in the UK. 

Suzanna has experience from two leading national law firms and specialises in all areas of commercial law, including drafting and advising on all forms of commercial agreements, from standard terms and conditions of sale to multi-party international joint venture agreements. She has advised on the commercial contracts involved in a range of different-sized corporate transactions, involving issues of EU and UK competition law and intellectual property.
