Sarah joined the Wilkes employment team in 2016 and has over 10 years’ experience in employment law, advising and representing both individuals and businesses.

Sarah provides advice in relation to contentious matters such as unfair dismissal, redundancy, claims under the Equality Act 2010, TUPE, breach of restrictive covenants, internal disciplinary and grievance matters and this includes Employment Tribunal litigation.

Sarah also works closely with the firm’s corporate and insolvency teams supporting their clients with day-to-day employment law advice in relation to their transactions.

As well as representing clients in contentious matters, Sarah advises on all non-contentious issues such as contracts of employment, policies and procedures as well as the provision of HR support. She also drafts settlement agreements and provides the necessary independent advice to employees.
