About Sarah:

Sarah Begley is a dedicated Solicitor in the Employment team at Wilkes. She is a specialist in Employment Law with over 15 years’ experience. Her expertise covers a broad range of employment law matters, including unfair dismissal, redundancy, claims under the Equality Act 2010, TUPE, breach of restrictive covenants, internal disciplinary and grievance matters, and Employment Tribunal litigation. In addition to her legal proficiency, Sarah actively engages with corporate and business recovery teams, providing day-to-day employment law advice and due diligence for their transactions. As well as representing clients in contentious matters, Sarah advises on all non-contentious issues such as contracts of employment, policies and procedures as well as the provision of HR support. She also drafts settlement agreements and provides the necessary independent advice to employees.
