Lucy is a solicitor in the Wilkes corporate team and advises on a wide range of corporate transactions including acquisitions, disposals, management buyouts, share buy-backs, fundraisings, corporate re-organisations and joint ventures.
She also advises on day to day corporate governance, corporate housekeeping, shareholder agreements and constitutional documentation.
Lucy often works with directors, shareholders, entrepreneurs, owner managed businesses and a variety of investors and funders.
