Leighann has a wealth of experience acting for a range of property clients from private individuals, investors and retail clients to industrial landlords and mixed use developers. She advises on all aspects of commercial property including all matters connected with the management of clients’ real estate portfolios, including a mixture of new leases and lease renewals, conditional contracts, agreements for lease and pre-lets, acquisition and disposal work of all types of freehold and leasehold property.

Leighann also has a great deal of experience acting for banks in relation to secured lending, investor clients and developers as well as providing assistance in corporate transactions.

Acting for a lender in the refinancing of a Pub Group.  This involved new security being granted and a restructure of existing security.

Acting for a lender who financed a multi-let out of town retail park. This transaction also included the financing of a large fully let industrial estate.  Funding was circa £20m.

On-going representation for a lender who provide funding in the main to the Healthcare Sector. The size of lending ranges from £400k to £1.6m and a wide range of security is obtained. These transactions are borrower led and completed within the timescales set by the borrower.
