Leighann has a wealth of experience acting for a range of property clients from private individuals, investors and retail clients to industrial landlords and mixed use developers. She advises on all aspects of commercial property including all matters connected with the management of clients’ real estate portfolios, including a mixture of new leases and lease renewals, conditional contracts, agreements for lease and pre-lets, acquisition and disposal work of all types of freehold and leasehold property.
Leighann also has a great deal of experience acting for banks in relation to secured lending, investor clients and developers as well as providing assistance in corporate transactions.
