About Lauren:

Lauren Green is a Solicitor in the Property Litigation team, having recently qualified in 2024. Her expertise spans a wide range of property-related matters and disputes, including dilapidation claims, advising on contentious and non-contentious commercial lease renewals and the enforceability of covenants. Lauren also deals with and advises on Section 21 notices for residential properties and possession actions.

Lauren’s recent work showcases her ability to handle complex property litigation matters while delivering effective, client-focused solutions.

Credentials

In addition to her legal practice, Lauren is actively involved in Wilkes’ Sustainability Committee and the Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Committee, demonstrating her commitment to promoting positive change within the firm. She is also a member of Women in Property and the Junior Property Litigation Association (Junior PLA), keeping her connected with key industry networks.
