Jas advises on all areas of employment law including unfair dismissal/grievances, redundancy/restructures, TUPE, executive exits, employment tribunals and settlement agreements.
He deals with the full range of employment law matters for both business and individuals and concentrates on providing full HR and employment law support to businesses. He assists with employment support in corporate deals transacted on by the Firm’s Corporate Team.
Jas also advises on Employment Tribunal litigation. He assists business in defending employment claims and also works with individuals in bringing a claim.
