Having joined Wilkes as part of our 2019 merger with Coley & Tilley Solicitors, Bryan Poultney is a Partner in our Real Estate team based in Birmingham. Bryan has in excess of 30 years’ experience at partner level and has an established reputation when it comes to acting on a wide variety of commercial property matters. Bryan’s work covers a range of sectors including retail, office and industrial properties.
Bryan advises clients from institutional investors to companies operating in the SME market. Alongside his acquisition and disposal based work, Bryan is also highly experienced in advising clients on the negotiation of commercial leases, acting for both landlords and tenants. Bryan is known by clients as having a keen eye for detail and has a number of long-standing clients who value his hands-on approach and pragmatic analysis.
