Midlands law firm The Wilkes Partnership continues growth adding five new trainees

Five new trainee solicitors have joined Birmingham and Solihull-based law firm The Wilkes Partnership as it continues to invest in the firm’s future by recruiting and nurturing talented young professionals.

The new trainees: Cody Pennington, Ryan Keating, Enrico Stella, Azra Alam and Charlotte Keys, have started their two-year training contract to qualify as solicitors from 1 September.

Kate Hackett, a partner at Wilkes, said: “Recruiting quality trainee solicitors every year is a natural part of Wilkes’ commitment to bringing through new solicitors to the profession. By effectively supporting our talented young legal professionals to develop their skills and knowledge we are not only facilitating long-term career progression but also delivering added benefits for our clients. Creating access to a broader range of skill sets and personalities, all bringing different experiences and perspectives to the team, helps us to deliver creative and practical legal solutions that promote success for our clients.

“We are always seeking to recruit individuals with potential who bring key attributes such as good communication and team-driven problem-solving skills. The Partnership always aims to attract the best legal talent and then inspire professional and personal development. Our trainee programme is designed to enable and encourage that growth and we believe that any aspiring solicitor should consider making Wilkes their professional home.”
