Wilkes Corporate Team Advise Johnson Fellows on Acquisition of Retail Agency

Partner Gareth O’Hara and Associate Mike Linford of the Wilkes Corporate team have advised Birmingham-based Johnson Fellows as it acquired a niche retail agency in a move that has expanded its presence in London and the South East.

TPF Retail is a niche retail consultancy formerly owned and managed by Gerard Finn and Mark Tindale, who as part of the acquisition become partners of Johnson Fellows and will head up the new office in London.

Johnson Fellows Partner Nick Wint commented: “Wilkes advised us on our most recent business acquisition and what could have been a very difficult negotiation was made very easy. Many thanks to Wilkes for a terrific job.”

Gareth O’Hara commented: “At Wilkes we pride ourselves on building long term relationships with our clients and we were delighted to work with Nick and the Johnsons Fellows’ team once again having acted on their last acquisition of Salway Bradbury. We wish them all the very best as they continue to grow their practice and look forward to working with them again in the future.”
