Personal Development

Our development programmes follow employees from the point of them just starting out in their careers, all the way through to achieving partner status.

The Wilkes Programme is aimed at our junior fee earners and provides training sessions that targets the skills and knowledge they need to start building their careers.

Beyond this, our Pathways Programme provides further development for senior individuals as they progress through the firm, and ensures they can build their skills as future leaders of the firm.

Learning doesn’t stop when you achieve Partner, and we provide a comprehensive Leadership Programme for our partnership to ensure they continue to update and build their skills to provide guidance and vision to their teams.

At all stages and levels we offer coaching and mentoring to all staff to help them achieve their career goals, and provide funding for external networking events to ensure they are building their professional links outside of the firm.
