Enforcement Action

Our enforcement process is designed to handle all aspects of enforcing court judgments:

• Asset Seizure: We facilitate the enforcement of court judgments through asset seizure, by identifying the possible assets and then working with the enforcement officers to seize them legally and ethically.
• Income Garnishment: Where applicable, we can arrange for wage garnishment to recover debts directly from the debtor’s income. Our solicitors complete all the necessary paperwork and work with the directors’ employer to ensure the process is implemented.
• Charging Orders: We can secure charging orders against the debtor’s property, providing you with a means to recover your debt. It ensures they cannot sell these assets without settling.
• Bank Account Levies: We can obtain orders to freeze and recover funds directly from the debtor’s bank accounts.
• Ongoing Management: Once the judgment is made, our team continues to manage the case to ensure compliance with the ruling and recovery of debts.
