Wilkes’ Corporate Team advises Wrights Plastics on acquisition of Mid West Displays

Leading acrylic fabricator Wrights Plastics recently completed its acquisition of Mid West Displays, with the corporate team at Wilkes providing legal advice on the transaction.

Wrights Plastics, based in West Bromwich and with a staff of approximately 100 is a family-run business specialising in the manufacture of retail display and Point of Sale products for the retail market. Managing Director, Mike Wright led the acquisition of Shrewsbury-based Mid West Displays for a significant (undisclosed) sum.
