2017 Set to Be The Best Year Yet For Corporate Team

 

The corporate team at Birmingham and Solihull law firm The Wilkes Partnership has hit the ground running in 2017.

The team have completed 19 significant deals since January across a range of sectors including, engineering, professional services, manufacturing, recycling and domiciliary care.

Alongside this the team have also successfully advised on the merger of three midlands-based building products businesses with an equity value in excess of £25m.

The team were also involved in the significant restructuring of machine tools distributor Engineering Technology Group.
